Feels Like Victory: Music from Eric

Some of my followers have noticed that my Tumblr activity has fallen off a little.

For those who didn’t read my text post awhile back, I started my new job Monday night/Tuesday morning and I work 8 hours a day, five days a week, and sometimes six, from 11 at night to 7:30 in the morning. So I work 8 hours, sleep 6-8 hours when I get home, that leaves little time in the day to really do much of anything, as it goes with working a full time job.

It’s an amazing job that pays very well in this economy, so I really can’t complain. It sucks working the graveyard shift, but in the best interest of my family, lovelife, and current situation all around, it was the best idea. But I’ll be being paid enough to where I could afford a small house on my own, or nice sized apartment, so as I said above, I really can’t complain.

I’ll be on in my spare time when I’ve got everything situated in the day, and I’m sure I’ll be on during the weekends. My original content has dwindled to almost nil, but I’ll hopefully work on that when I can and get the ideas for them.

I haven’t even had the time to shave, and I’m getting a bit scruffy. Tumblr should be ahead on my list of priorities though, but according to my lovely girlfriend, that is not the case. (but the beard is staying regardless, and I await the hell she gives me when she reads this :D)

Anyways, sorry for the large wall of text.

TL;DR: I’m not on Tumblr often because I’m too busy with life.
